My xbox controller dont work properly

Hello! My English isnt so good but i hope you understand.
I bought a wireless reciever for my PC so i can play with my 360 wireless controllers on it.The problem is that : Xbox 360 wireless receiver problem - YouTube

When all 4 lights blinks I cant use the controller ,but after that everything is ok . The driver is installed and I tried 2 controllers and the same problem.Thanks

You can also try uninstalling the drivers and installing the drivers again.
