Navigation pane Error - MS Word 2010

in MS Word , Navigation pane has been Freez. and not able to enable it with Option " View > Navigation Pane. when i am trying to find word by "Ctrl +F ", not opening Navigation pane bar ...Please help me solve this problem...

You could try doing a Repair for MS Office.

Control Panel > Programs and Features
Right mouse click Microsoft Office
Click Change
Select Repair, and continue...

i tried it before but still same problem......not able to select the navigation pane........ Freeze it.......... please help me ...realy...
