NDP20SP2-KB2446704-v2-x86 and NDP40-KB2446708-x86 update question?

I recently updated my Win7 and XP SP3 with the latest Super Patch Tuesday manually. This pc is not always connected to the internet and most of the time when it is connected the connection has problems (lots of server time out). So I download updates manually from the office or via an internet cafe and install them manually.

Actually all went fine except NDP20SP2-KB2446704-v2-x86.exe and NDP40-KB2446708-x86.exe. It shows errors. "KB2446708 does not apply, or is blocked by another condition onyur computer". Turned-off AV/firewall still the same. Kindly see images attached.

Now I am not a techy so may I ask what is it? What do I need to check?

I have Office 2007 and have also downloaded:

a)excel2007-kb2464583-fullfile-x86-glb.exe
b)PowerPoint2007-KB2464594-fullfile-x86-glb.exe

but upon execution, it says, version was not found in your computer....? Kindly see image attached. This is the right update..correct?

Please enlighten me a bit on the said issues I have.
