need advice on graphics card

got a Gigabyte Z68AP-D3 (B3) Motherboard and want to know if a Asus Nvidia GeForce GT 640 Graphics Card 2GB DDR3 will work with this board. Also using a OCZ OCZ600MXSP-UK ModXStream Pro 600W ATX Power Supply. Will this PSU be OK with this setup. First time build so need help

It will be fine, and the power supply is more than enough as the GT 640 doesn't require an external power connection.
