Need Help: Can't Print Envelopes

Hi Everyone!

I am really frustrated because since I switched to Windows 7 I'm unable to print my envelopes.

Here are my steps:

1. Go to Word Tools > Envelopes & Labels
2. Fill out both boxes
3. Click on Options to make sure that it's a #10
4. Place my envelope in the paper tray
5. Click print
6. Word is preparing to background print the document
7. A "Save As" box appears and I click "Save"
8. After quite awhile, a "Picture Viewer" image of the envelope appears
9. I open File > Print
10. A print box appears with the default printer as Microsoft Office Document Image Writer
11. I change it to my usual HP printer and click OK
12. A "Save As" box appears
13. I hit "Save" and print
14. The envelope prints out "portrait" style instead of landscape
15. I decide to leave the Microsoft Office Document Image Writer as the default
16. Hit "print"
17. Nothing happens

PLEASE HELP!

If you change your default printer to the HP Printer, does that solve this for you?

Welcome to the forum, Vic123
Have you tried to right-click your HP printer and go to properties then select LANDSCAPE?
