Solved Need help changing the language on win7 ultimate x64

Someone re installed windows in spanish

So instead of in the boot screen saying "Starting Windows" it read "Iniciando Windows"

And the instead of saying safe mode it says modo seguro in the boot menu

Everything else is in english except the boot stuff

How can i change this??
