Need help creating Windows Task to auto email file to Evernote

I'd like to create a Windows Task Scheduler task that runs daily. I want it to send any files in a Windows Explorer (WE) folder to my Evernote email address and then delete the file from WE. Is that possible?

I wasn't sure which forum to post this in.
