Need help in curing this photo icon problem

Only happens when I download pictures from my camera. Tried different cameras, programs, cleaned thumbnail cache etc. Sample attached

Hi albortz welcome to SevenForums,
It looks almost like the computer has not completely downloaded the files yet,
Possibly run Disk cleanup and delete temp files because Windows explorer uses this cache when just viewing files instead of Importing them with a photo editing program of some type,
Use Disk cleanup if more than one user exists on the machine use System clean up as well,

Tried cleaning the thumbnail cache many times. No help. Any other thoughts?
BTW If I rotate the thumbnail it cures the problem.

You might check with the camera manufacture for driver updates,
I was pointing mostly towards Temp files than thumbnail cache.
Post the cameras make and model and possibly someone might know something about it,
If the camera has a sd card and you have a slot to read it use it to test,
