need help nvidia physx in intel300

i just want to know is there a conflict installing nvidia physx in intel HD3000

i accidentally install nvidia physx in my laptop ,i dont know whats the effect of what ive done in my laptop..

is there a conflict putting together nvidia physx and intel 3000

Nvidia physx technology is not supported by your intel HD 3000.
Uninstall it if you don't need it.

Uninstall it if you don't need it.

If you don't play games at all, uninstall it - but if you do, leave it it where it is since some games need it to be installed to run - even if it's not used.


And no, there will be no conflict.

To clarify:

If a game needs PhysX, you need to have the driver installed.

If you have an nVidia GPU (graphics processor unit), it can provide hardware acceleration to PhysX. If you have no nVidia GPU, all of the PhysX work is performed by your CPU.

Before PhysX was acquired by nVidia, PhysX accelerator cards (hardware) were available. The drivers no longer support those.

Just to expand on this, if you have any games installed that use Physx nd you uninstall it, those games will no longer run. There is a lot more that use the software renderer than use hardware acceleration, there is less than 30 games that support hardware acceleration (27 released or still in development) out of 349 (currently) that use Physx,

So stop worrying about it and no it won't cause BSOD's.

Most physx supported titles that do not detect a nvidia card default Physx to off.

With some PhysX titles you can enable physx, but as mentioned it will run off the CPU and have a SERIOUS impact on performance.

But as already covered, you'll be fine with it installed.

Yes you can leave it and it won't do anything.I have a amd card and some games force that to be installed or they wont launch.Your pc won't use the driver anyways and it wont conflict with your intel drivers for your hd 3000 graphics.

waaa..is there any physx available in intelHD 3000

why other games doesnt run even i already install physx..

i actually accidentally install it is included in game pack..

when i see the system req. for that game it says it can be played using IntelHD3000..but every time i run the game it just load then nothing happen..

the game was Sanctum and tower wars(demo) .. there both need nvidia physx installed bacause it is included in the gamepacks ,

any other recommendations..(NOTE: i dont know whats the version of physx ive installed i will update ASAP ..)
