Need help...SLUI.EXE is missing/corrupt!

So today I was going to activate Windows, and when I clicked on the "Activate Windows Now" button or "Change Product Key" in System Properties, I found that an error message would pop up saying "Windows could not find the device path or file specified. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the file".
Any help?

Try this.

Open a Elevated Command Prompt by clicking Start, typing cmd then right click on cmd.exe at top left and select Run as Administrator.
Type cd \Windows\System32\oobe and press Enter.
Type msoobe /a and press Enter.

That should start the Activation process.
