Need help updating display drivers with a Toshiba Laptop

Hi guys! I play a lot of games in Steam. Recently, I had to update some drivers because of new games, but couldn't. My laptop model is the Toshiba Satellite Pro C640, not anymore supported by Toshiba, you have to download display drivers from their site (dick move). I have done everything I can/know to get my drivers to update. I tried downloading from AMD's site, but it didn't work (tried this a long time ago, not sure why anymore, so sry). Any help would be much appreciated, need to play some CS:GO xD

I am also having trouble with a Toshiba laptop in this (among many things that have me warn my friends away from this brand). I cannot update through Intel. This laptop was bought only last January but Intel no longer supports the model. I have the latest available update from them which is like from 2012. It took me a couple month to find it (may 2015) But so many searchers do not let me get to "manufacturer" for update.(10.18.10.4226). All my games using java are stuck at 918 and cannot be raised. Other games and my video editing are also affected. The card is the onboard Intel 4000.
I dont expect miracles but I would like to at least get the maximum performance this hardware can yield

The reason I am looking to this is I need to allocate more RAM to java and games. I am about to upgrade my archaic pavilion my son plays on by throwing my old 700 series Nvidia into it. At least it has excuse to not run everything now.
