i just upgraded my ram i now have 32GB of ram but my pc is only saying that 16GB of this is usable it can see there 32GB of ram but its not using it there a screen shot below thanks

No problem, you could upgrade to win 7 Pro to utilize your ram, but depending on what you use your computer for their isn't really a need for so much RAM.
