need help with nvidia surround with 3 acer k272hlbid monitors

hi, i have just bought 3 acer k272hlbid monitors (native 1920x1080)Buy Acer K272HLBID 27 Inch HDMI LED Monitor at Argos.co.uk - Your Online Shop for PC monitors. my problem is that when i try to enable nvidia surround it applies then all 3 screens put a message on screen saying "input not supported", i have gtx 970 sli, then i have to unplug the cables and replug in my hdmi cable just to get a screen back on, i have 2 dvi to hdmi cables and 1 hdmi cable, how do i go about setting it up?? the screens work in extended mode and pc picks them up, in the device manager they are listed as "generic pnp monitor"

What type adapters are you using for the dvi to hdmi? You should switch one to a dvi to display port, then it should work.
