Need help with Windows Live Mail

I have Windows 7 -64 bit operating system, I have just set up Windows Live Mail and created my signature but I can't figure out how to insert my photo in my signature line. I can't find a place to choose using my own letterhead either. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?

Everything worked great except my images will not show up. I inserted jpegs, am I wrong? It just shows a box with an x at the top left of each image.

The box with an x is just a placeholder for the image. You may need to configure Live Mail via Options.

Perhaps it would help to review the video tutorial and make sure you followed it exactly. It worked for me when I tried it on WLM 2009 but I have not yet upgraded to 2011. I'm guessing it should work the same but it's possible that that feature was omitted from it.
