If I could make a guess, I would guess the MODs are editing out personal ISP information form LTP's posts to protect her.

Ok well I tried to let you see what I was seeing... on those screen shots. So we could get this corrected.

Excellent! Now click where the arrow points and select: "WPA/WPA2-Personal (PSK)"
Also your mailbox is full.

Next box....Encryption Technique ....looks grayed out

Yes, that would be the thing to do here.

Both screen shots were fine. I do not see any incorrect settings ... so we will look for the cause elsewhere ...

Utilities> System settings .. had a pop-up when I tried to save the changes as suggested..

Windows I E ... Pop-up said : Current Password is invalid
