Need to format my NTTFS 320GB to FAT32, 320GB

Hello i have done this before but i have just bought another hard drive and i can't scramble my brain to how i done it before

it's a HP simplesave however it's been reformatted to NTFS to clear all that HP crap...

i tried some HP tool but it failed and gave me like 39GB space... but that's because i know windows can't format something larger than 39gb or something like that...

anyways i know it can be done but guess i need someone to help me with that :D

partition wizard normally does it for me :geek:
