Need to update Office 7 with any of the service packs?

I upgraded to windows 7 from vista. I have an office 7 which is about 1 1/2 years old.Do I need to update with any of the service packs and will they be compatible with windows 7? Which ones do I need? Can't find windows 7 update.

If you go to Windows Update (Start Orb > All Programs > Windows Update) it will look for and install all the updates to Office 2007 that you need. Many of them are updates to Outlook's junk email filter, but there are significant core updates too, so it's worth making sure you have them

you're probably better off checking in to Microsoft Office Online and getting the relevant downloads from there..

- they're listed under the Downloads tab in their various guises from Office2000 onward..

Regardless of your OS, you should always make sure your software is up to date, especially something like Office. The latest Service Pack is SP2, and if you don't have it, you can get it here, if you're having a tough time with Windows Updates.
