Need your help so badly.

I previously have a dsl connection provided by pldt before and thats the time that i used windows 7 and activated it online. after few months ive changed my internet provider to smartbro wireless internet but when i reformatted my pc and reinstalled my windows 7 again and tried to activate it online, it said that it is not a valid serial but im the only one who's using my windows 7 ultimate. I only changed my internet provider. Please someone help me solving these problem. I appreciate your help. Thank you.

Welcome to the forums, my segestino to you would be to contact Microsoft and sort the issue out.

Just call microsoft and tell them the situation. See if you can activate windows using the phone method.

Now... I know PLDT and SmartBro... you are from the Philippines.

I know alot of software over there is pirated. Be careful the serial that you are using is not!

What version of OS are you using. Is it the OEM or single user license. If you are pretty sure the key you have got is from a valid source, then dont hesitate to contact MS.
