While trying to install Windows .NET Framework 4.5 from the standalone installer onto my laptop, I get the error message 'Fatal Error During Installation'. When installing with windows update, I get the error code (0x80070643).

NB: The CBS.zip file was 38MB, far bigger than the maximum 8. As such, I've uploaded a .zip file of just the CBS log, let me know if this is ok/what else to do.

Thanks in advance for your help guys! :)

I've installed this now, but I am still getting an error when launching Autodesk AutoCAD 2015 which is supposedly associated with a lack of the .NET framework. What versions of the .NET framework should I have installed?

This is the link to my thread on the AutoCAD help forums on the matter:

Thanks for your help :)

You should probably uninstall AutoCAD, and reinstall it - it's probably because its own .NET installer failed originally, and it's borked the registry entries.

Tried a reinstall of all Autodesk products and still no luck. Also been trying to force AutoCAD 2015 to use my graphics card to no avail, all methods of changing the default card are greyed out...
