Okay, I'm guessing:

You work in an office where you don't control the network policy, and your employer has restricted access to non-work related sites. I wouldn't recommend going to sites they have specifically blocked, so as a disclaimer I'm going to add - "If you access sites which are not work related on work time, this is entirely your own decision and you have to take the consequences yourself"

Use a proxy such as kproxy: KPROXY - Free Anonymous Web Proxy - Anonymous Proxy
