Network Drive Permissions Help

I have Upgraded from Windows XP to Windows 7. The problem I am having is that Windows 7 will not allow me to move files on my Western Digital My Book World network hard drive. I tried to change the file ownership but I get a error message stating that "Unable to set new owner". Can anyone help me on this?

Hi there, is the WDMB fully recognized, check in Device Manager. But this sounds like you haven't got access to the drive though.
