network not working

I have a desktop with win 7 pro and a laptop with win 7 home prem i have network setup i can acess the laptop files from the desktop but cant access desktop files from laptop says i do not have permission

You haven't said whether you have a wired network or a wireless, so assuming it's wireless, have a look at this Microsoft article.
