So, basically I'm pulling my hair out over this stupid problem which I can't access anything on my network (mainly Vista laptops and a NAS) without entering a username and password, seemingly that don't exist.

I've Google'd for the last two days trying all sorts of things like changing sessions, fiddling with credentials manager and punching my chassis, none of which worked.

I really don't think it should be this hard, why would Microsoft have screwed something like this up so bad? I just want to access my damn NAS!

Also, sorry if this has been asked a million times already, couldn't find anything on these forums in a brief look though.

Should note its only the file system, I can access the NAS setup page by going to its IP in a browser. And no, mapping to a drive's public folder doesn't work either, still get the same popup.
