4 computers in a workgroup and 1 file server. All computers were able to read, say file A on the file server except computer #1 using Administrator account. But, when using standard account on computer #1, it was able to read file A on the file server. What is the problem ?

In a Workgroup access to a file or folder is controlled by both share and NTFS permissions. The effective permissions will be which ever is the most restrictive. Typically it will be the NTFS permissions. An Admin account does not automatically have unrestricted access. It is very possible that an Administrator account will not have access while a standard account will. For my purposes using the same account on all computers keeps things simple. That won't work for everyone.
