NEW Asus - Blue screen already - Please help!!

I installed the new av and ran a full system scan just to get another blue screen. I am looking over my drivers now but maybe someone might be able to diagnose this quicker then me. I have attached the latest jcgriff2 file - please let me know if you find any thing !

Dump blames Memory Corruption.

1. Test your RAM with Memtest86+: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html
- Do this overnight
- Run at least 7 passes (this will take 6-8 hours)
- Burn .iso using a CD burning program (e.g: Imgburn, Isorecorder, etc...)

2. ASUS Programs
I advise that you uninstall all ASUS Program (ASUS Probe, ASUS Update) as they are known to cause issues on Windows 7 systems.

3. Update Driver
