I have got in contact with them but from what I hear the turn around on replacement part's isn't very desirable... Seems like most people are reporting a couple weeks before receiving replacements from NZXT but I'll revise that statement when I see for myself just how long they take to replace items... Would have rather been given the parts from newegg since I know they would be quick about it lol

I ordered the case on late friday.. It shipped today and I received tracking details around 2 this afternoon.. It's estimated to arrive on the 22nd... But I never pay for the rush processing, so some times it's 3 days and other times it's longer... The cooler I decided on is a different story... buy.com had it at ten dollars below newegg so I bought from them... First time buying there so I don't know how fast their turn around is.... But I may not be able to do anything if the ram modules don't work... That was a huge over sight on my part... Now all I can do is cross my fingers and hope they work because I don't have $180 dollars to spend buying 3 of the cheapest 2GB modules that the biostar website list as compatible with the mobo -frowns-

Don't worry about the RAM too much. The memory on the list is compatible, but if it's not on the list it may well be compatible as well. No vendor test all of the memory that is on the market.

If you can manually configure the RAM voltage and timings in the BIOS setup, that makes it more likely that you cna get the memory running reliably. I've had mixed results when I relied on the SPD settings.
