I was having some problems with Windows 7 the first day after installation (such as the taskbar disappearing and having a black & white, rolling picture on the S-video port), and other forums told me to update my video card driver.
I installed the new ATI catalyst control center, and it wasn't working right, so I rebooted my system. When it came back up, it showed the mobo's logo and the boot screen fine, but when it got to the logon screen, my screen looked like this:
I ended up having to take out the graphics card and use the onboard VGA port to hook up an old monitor and do a system restore before it would work right again. And it still has the taskbar problem! help!
