New Computer - any hope of having W7Pro installed?

I currently have a Dell desktop w/win7Pro 64. I would prefer to remain with this OS.

Is it too late to locate a new box with w7?

I 'think' I have a full installation W7Pro somewhere around here. It looks like I may be up the creek without a paddle if I can't lay hands on it as I don't see w7Pro installation disks available retail.

Depends on your new Rig
Some OEM W10 Pro machines, and above, do come with downgrade rights,



In the meantime one can use the Dell OS Recovery Tool to Download a Windows 7 Pro OEM .iso:

This Tool can be ran on a non-Dell system provided that a Dell Service Tag is input. There seems to be no limitations on how many times a Service Tag is input:

• 5KR9DC2 - Windows 7 Pro 64 Bit
• 7GXLCS1 - Windows 7 Pro 32 Bit

This is a multi-lingual .iso so can be used for all languages and with some minor workarounds can be used for all OEM and Retail Licenses.

note this download includes IE11 and USB3 drivers - really handy

To OP - if you want to lay out the money - there are Win 7 disks/DL available. If you want a brand spanking new machine, you are pretty much out of luck. If you are willing to buy an older refurbished machine, there are a lot of them available.
