Hi guys,

I just bought a new computer that came with Win7 64bit installed and it keeps crashing every time I reboot.
I have attached the dmp file. Maybe you can give some input.
I really want to get your opinion before returning the machine. Hopefully it is just a driver that is corrupted or something like that.
Thanks a lot.

Hello and welcome to here.

You are getting 0x124 stop errors. This thread is how to troubleshoot/repair it.

http://www.sevenforums.com/crash-lockup-debug-how/35349-2-int-stop-0x124-what-means-what-try.html

First thing to do is visit NVIDIA's site and install the latest graphics driver. It's good for troubleshooting purposes to run the latest and to eliminate as a possible factor.

Since it's a new computer, visit the maker of your ram for exact Vdimm (memory voltage) and timings. Manually adjust your bios accordingly, after updating the bios to latest.

Use the spd tab of CPU-Z if you need to find the model number of the ram.

Also in the bios, ensure Plug and Play OS is set to yes. And no overclocking please, for troubleshooting reasons and purposes. CPU-Z can help you determine if you are or not. After it's fixed, you can set it how you wish.
