New CPU fan needed?

I need the opinion on some more knoledgeable people on if I should replace my CPU fan, the reason being is that when my computer is on, the CPU fan causes the whole desk to vibrate. I check for loose screws, looked on the fan itself and there are no screws on it that could have come loose.
Any other options or replace it?

If it is a desktop carefully open it and listen to where the noise is coming from. If it is the fan (and it probably is) replacing it on a desktop is relatively easy. If the machine is under warrantee let them do it.

yeah, the vibration is bad for the machine, I wouldn't leave it as it is.
Desktops aren't made the same way laptops are, they don't deal with vibration as well.

Yes, the vibration is coming fro the fan, the case is open and when I hold the fan on its edges while my PC is running the vibration stops, the fan seems to make a barely hearable "klacking" sound too.
So I dug through my inventory and found this thing sitting in there. The manufacture of this thing is Evercool, any good?

Yes, but how do I go about cleaning it, the previous owner didn't seem to want to clean it.
