New Dell System and Severe Problems by one Game

I bought new dell Laptop XPS 15 L502X,I have one Problem from Spider Man:Shattered Dimensions Pc,i get the problem:This Program has Stopped Working after the starting cut scene movie is completed or if i Skip the cutscene i get the Problem:Spiderman(SD) has stopped working,please help me regarding this problem urgently,please.

Your system looks like it should exceed the minimum hardware settings for the game, even if you're using the onboard graphics (rather than a discrete graphics processor).

Activision appears to have not released any patches for the game.

Suggestions:

Try changing the game's video settings.

Update the Dell's graphics drivers.

Run the latest DirectX installer.

I have the Latest Drivers updated,according to dell.
next,I have latest Direct X too.
this game runs without any problem on my Desktop with ATI Sapphire Radeon 5670 DG31PR board and 2GB ram,W7 Ultimate 64 Bit,without any Service Pack.
And how can i change video Settings?
