Change anti aliasing transparency and set it to Multisample. Change Multi-display/mixed gpu and set it to single monitor... if you're only running 1 monitor.

No game is going to have a constant steady fps; there are going to be dips and peaks no matter what you do. The trick is to get the dips as high as possible. What matters most is not maximum fps, but minimum fps. Get you minimum up to an acceptable level, and that's the best one can achieve.

It's my understanding that your "low" is 56 fps? What's your max?

Two things off the top of my head: set your drivers to performance instead of quality, which they're at by default. You can do that by clicking the blue hyperlink, top left of the driver control panel, "adjust image setting with preview". The second is to check the WoW forums to see if there's a patch or secret WoW setting that you should apply.

I have pretty good news. I selected the feature in Nvidia Control Panel to "Default" and it seems it has changed some settings. My game runs quite good actually! I think it was the AA going from x8 to "what the game uses". The picture showed after I changed to default, I think.
Either that could have fixed my problem, or it could be because the Graphic Card was under stress by all the new drivers. Who knows.
I could try to pull out those settings you mention, but as it seems for now it runs quite fine. Oh, and i'm sure you been waiting for the answer; I have two monitors! First monitor (run game on that due to size), is having the resolution 1680x1050, which is ASUS, and regarding the second one, a Dell (usually run a browser there etc.) is having 1280x1050 which is VLC!
Just a little information for you there.
1 thing I had on my old Graphic Card, was that if I run Windowed mode, as you know, and maximize it by default!.. it has some spikes in the fps. So there's a feature in-game, where I have selected "Windowed mode" combined with "Maximize (maximize feature allows your window borders to be removed)". Sounds as a Aero-like problem doesn't it? Just a little detail for you there.

So basically, no problems in-game. I'll report back if something happens. The temperature seems fine while gaming.

As you saw on the picture of the temperature monitor, the CPU heat has increased a little. Just 1-2C. My theory is that the Graphic Card is below the CPU, and the heat from the Graphic Card could steam up (steam is a big word I know) .. could steam up to the CPU and give a couple of more Celsius, nothing big. Better cards probably requires more.

If you want to, you can try to explain one of the other problems I had listed, they're probably not relevant anymore, but why not!
