Hi,

I have installed a new hard drive in my HP Compaq nx6125 notebook. I am also trying to do a clean install of Windows 7.

The new hard drive is 149 GB, larger than previous hard drive.

I am receiving the following error message while trying to install...

"Windows cannot be installed to this disk. Ensure disk's controller is enabled in computer's BIOS menu"

Windows 7 detects new hard drive.

Can someone please help me? Thank you!
