Hp says that because my Laptop is 6 years old it is obsolete. They don't have any Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit OEM disks they can send me to work with the product key that came with the computer. Is there anywhere I can go to download and create a disk to get my laptop going again?

There are no legitimate download sites for Windows products for OEM nowadays - MS pulled the plug on the only ones back in February.
IS your Product Key (on the COA sticker) still legible? if so, you can use a normal Retail disk, if you have a friend who has one.

If the Key is not legible, then you'll have to use the HP recovery media for the reinstall - you may be able to get a set for your machine from : : Welcome to RestoreDisks.com : :
