(Personally) I'd dump (un-install) AVG for a start,. Either ESET AV (I bought it so I have to say that),. Best free for 7 is MSE (Microsoft Security Essentials)

Also you don't really need your Realtek auto start-ups unless you always turn on your PC/lappy with music.

The only ones you should keep are for the AV program (AVG or other) and the sidebar. The rest can be started when needed. That will happen automatically when called upon.

I only startup AV and gadgets (still called sidebar in 7) in msconfig with a 20 second boot time and instantaneous everything.

Big fan of WinPatrol. Easy startup garbage manager, among other things. My desktop and laptop have 2 programs each that launch automatically when I turn them on - and one is WinPatrol.

As long as the bloatware uses only a bit of disk space in the library, there is no harm done. It is only significant when they try to launch it either thru the startup programs or scheduled tasks. But that can be verified easily.
