I have 2 HP 4720s notebooks which are only a week old and the have crashed 2 times with the above code. The notebooks came in Dec 2010 with Windows 7 Professional but upgraded to Win 7 Enterprise.

OS Name: Microsoft Windows 7 Enterprise
OS Version: 6.1.7600 N/A Build 7600
Original Install Date: 12/27/2010, 1:42:39 PM
System Type: X86-based PC
Processor(s): 1 Processor(s) Installed.
[01]: x64 Family 6 Model 37 Stepping 5

Kindly help with a diagnosis of this. Any help will be highly appreciated.

PS: The other 2 models we have (HP 8540w, 8440p and 2540p) with exactly same specs and configuration dont have issues.
