Solved New PC - BSOD installing - Ntoskrnl.exe+cca3a

Just tried installing Bitdefender from a old cd install, which worked perfectly on old system. Crashes too, it has something to do with the Scan part cause i turned off the internet.. HELP?? im frikin desperate :/

After going absolutely nuts and trying everything, my LAST attempt worked I disabled alot of Asus utility processes both user and system processes and it didnt bsod or freeze. installed cleanly. Ill post the programs i closed down below

Thats the least i could do. I figured if anybody else gets in the same situation as me it would be nice for them to see a solution
