New PC Build BSOD and Cpu fan running at max

Today i built my new rig and had bsod when playing cs:go. midway through game it gave me bsod and the cpu fan seems to always be running at max.

Processor: AMD FX-4350 Black Edition
Case: Corsair 200R
Graphics: MSI R9 270x OC
Motherboard: MSI 970A-G46
Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport 2x4
Power Supply: Corsair CX600M
Harddrive: 1 TB Western Digital Blue

This is your graphics driver Download the most recent WHQL version from http://www.sevenforums.com/graphic-cards/329659-latest-amd-catalyst-video-driver-windows-7-a.html Then uninstall all of your current AMD display drivers, next follow this tutorial selecting only the ATI Display drivers http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/83814-drivers-clean-left-over-files-after-uninstalling.html the reinstall the drivers you downloaded and select custom install, only install the display driver if possible. You don't need CCC or most of the other driers that come with the download. The idea is to only install what you use.
