This is a new build from about two months ago. First specs:

-TZ77B Biostar Mobo
-Currently Running a Geforce 9800GTX+ after my Geforce 560 TI was RMA'd (Waiting on replacement)
-16 Gigs of Corsair XMS3 DDR 1600 RAM ( Two sets of 2x4g, second set was RMA'd and recently received, issues began after new set was installed )
-550w PSU Rosewill HiVE

Originally got a set of bad RAM, RMA'd. Upon removal of bad RAM my 560 suddenly died, and was RMA'd as well. Replacement 9800GTX+ was installed while I waited for the 560 to be returned (While be here on Tuesday, the 30th ). Upon receiving new set of RAM from Corsair and installing I began to get Display Driver Stopped and Recovered errors while gaming, artifacting, and an occasional BSOD with varying codes ( I have seen 0000003B pop up the most. ) while playing the MMO City of Heroes, and occasionally while playing League of Legends as well.

I have run stress tests using Prime 95 which my system has passed, as well as Furmark, and done temperature stress tests as well, while also monitoring my GPU while under load. So far CPU and GPU temperatures do not exceed anywhere into what seems to be a dangerous zone. I have also ran an overnight memtest86 on one of the new sticks of RAM (Will be doing the other tonight when I sleep) for 9 hours, 18 passes, with no errors. Unfortunately I could only get the 3.5 version of memtest to work, the 4.0 would immediately restart ( not sure what the cause of that is )

I suspect that the 9800 is possibly going bad, but without it overheating and with the issues suddenly happening after installing the last 8gigs of RAM, I'm concerned that it's possibly the Mobo or RAM as well.

Have updated to the Beta Drivers of 304.Whatever they are, and seemingly the problem has stopped so far. Gone two hours without any artifacting or Display Driver errors.

Of course immediately after posting that I get a 'Display Driver stopped responding and has recovered' error.
