This just started Friday night, every once in a while I get a random BSOD out of nowhere. I thought it might be due to the extreme heat we'd been experiencing that day but it's cooled down and they continue.

I've run the log thingy suggested by the forums and attached the zip folder.

I don't know if this is a symptom or just a side-effect but every time my computer comes back up, I have to unplug and reseat my USB wireless dongle because it won't start on its own (error 10).

So far I have re-installed my graphics and network drivers to no avail. I thought about restoring to an earlier point but that's sort of a last resort as I'd have to re-install WoW and we all know how long that takes..

Yeah, priorities..

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm running Win 7 Pro, 64 bit
It's a custom-made PC, with an Intel i7 processor, Asus P8Z77V motherboard, Samsung SSD, aaaand in looking at my RAM I realize it's only recognizing 8GB and that might be my problem...
I'll re-seat it (as I have 2 8GB sticks) and if there's anything else anyone sees, please let me know.

Thanks so much!

Hi Maggie,

Welcome to the forum.

Sorry for the delay, this section is pretty busy.

Your dump files are not very revealing. I do see some drivers that need to be installed though.

Code:
Ethernet Controller	PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8168&SUBSYS_85051043&REV_09\4&11EB9DBD&0&00E4	The drivers for this device are not installed.
SM Bus Controller	PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1E22&SUBSYS_84CA1043&REV_04\3&11583659&0&FB	The drivers for this device are not installed.
Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller	PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1E31&SUBSYS_84CA1043&REV_04\3&11583659&0&A0	The drivers for this device are not installed.

Your Chipset, LAN and USB drivers can be found on your Motherboard download site,

https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/P8Z77V/HelpDesk_Download/

There is also this device,

Code:
USB AUDIO	USB\VID_1130&PID_1620&MI_00\7&141B3EE1&0&0000	This device cannot start.

Not sure what that is, I get a match on the Vendor ID but not the Device. Maybe that will change with you installing the drivers for the above mentioned items.

Give that a shot and see how it goes.

It looks like a fairly recent (5/12/15) install so you may need other drivers as well.

Thank you Derek, sorry to sound so panicked, I'm having a really bad time with this thing :)

I've installed those three drivers so we'll see what happens.

I also ran ccleaner and cleaned up both loose files and the registry just in case.

You're welcome, that's alright. :)

OK, hold off running Ccleaner anymore though because it will delete your dump files and other info, if this continues that info will be necessary.
