New subfolders in a network shared folders not showing up

Problem: New sub-folders not showing up!

So basically new folders added by uTorrent to my "Download" folder which is shared to everyone on my network don't show up when I access the folder from any computer on the network. (except the one where the files are located)

I have to say they do eventually show up... I guess when I restart the host or something maybe? I haven't taken the time to test it.

Anyone has a suggestion?

I would first check to see that the download folder is indeed shared to everyone by putting a test file (say a document, nothing from Utorrent) just to pinpoint the actual problem. Are you saying that the folder does show up later, after a computer restart?
