New System Freezes During Downloads

Just got this new system up and running but the thing will randomly hang. At first I had setup the 3TB as a dump drive but setup an MBR. Kept freezing from there. Ran MEMTEST86 for an entire day, nothing. Checked RAM seating, Timings, DOCP, Manual DRAM settings, turned them down to 1333 from 1866 which is what the the two dimms are rated at. No change. Disabled USB 3.0 and hangs seemed to reduce. Still occuring, seem to particularly hate mass downloading of STEAM games, ORIGIN games, and UPLAY titles. Essentially either mass downloads or data transfer to the D:\Vault (3TB Drive). To keep data off the SSD I set everything to install to the 3TB drive instead of to the normally suggested C:\Program etc etc etc because it will overflow the SSD. Any help would be appreciated.

I've downloaded your tool which looks promising, but how do I go about making sense/use of that data or getting it in front of someone kind enough to help me? Thank you in advance for even reading this.

Simple suggestion, have you tried a different sata cable to the D drive?

Reason I ask is I have 2 main drives and the backup drive was having its sata cable going bad. Replaced it and everything is a ok.

Also see if disconcerting the drive and leaving it disconnected helps.

Updating: I formated the drive to GPT to use all 3TB in one volume and use it as a dump, I formatted the whole drive and it works peachy now, until I go to run STEAM and try to download my games. Steam is installed to my 3TB and it causes the system to crash like a boss. Leave system running with minecraft in foreground for 24 hours, no issues. Steam comes on to start downloads, BAM crashes all.
