Solved new windows 7 Intel PC freezes random processes

So i have recently gotten a new pc about a week ago it uses intel core i3. for the first week it worked fine and i had no issues but recently it has started to error.

The problems i have been having are freezing of random process anything from google chome to the needed windows process even the windows task manager. when a process freezes i wont be able to close it even if i use the windows task manger and click end process tree. Also when i go to log off it will go to shutdown and freeze wants it gets to the logging of message and will just keep spinning.

i have run Microsoft security essentials and malwarebytess and they both came up clean but i could only run Microsoft security essentials in safe mode where my computer works fine.

any help would be greatly appreciated thankyou

McAfee is a frequent cause of BSOD-s, consider uninstalling it with the McAfee Removal Tool and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials (To test)

Please uninstall DAEMON Tools. It uses a driver called sptd.sys which is known to cause BSODs in Windows 7. Uninstall the software using Add/Remove Programs. Reboot the system. Once the program is uninstalled, run sptd.sys uninstaller to remove the driver from your system.

As an alternative, many people recommend the use of Total Mounter or Magic ISO

Perform a System File Check:
  1. Click on the start :orb:
  2. Type CMD on Search
  3. Left click and Run as Administrator
  4. Type SFC /scannow
