Solved nircmdc monitor off function

Hi! I use nircmdc on a shortcut (target : D:\Documents\Diver\nircmdc.exe monitor off) i followed this: Create a Shortcut or Hotkey to Turn Off the Monitor - How-To Geek

But everytime i use the shortcut, the screen turns on again after about 4 min 55 sec.
I just want to have a normal shutoff until the next mouse movement. How could i fix this?

Up! Does anyone know another great utility i can use for this?

The best utility iv found for this is Wizmo, it work perfectly.
