No audio through bluetooth headphones

I've owned the same Windows 7 PC for several years, but I never tried using the bluetooth option until today.

I was able to connect a pair of bluetooth phones to it without any problems. They connected, the driver installed automatically, and it said they were ready to use. However, even when the headphones are connected, I get no audio through them (aside from the little "ding" noise that the computer makes when you adjust the volume level).

I've tried going into the "mixer" and changing the device from my Samsung display to the headphones, but that didn't work either. The audio continues to play through my display only.

I even tried connecting a different pair of bluetooth headphones to see if maybe the problem was with the headphones, but those didn't work either.

What can I do to get these things working properly? I'm tired of using wired headphones.

I think you need to change the speaker out to bluetooth under the audio out properties.
