my HP was shipped with Windows 10.
I changed to dual-boot. Windows 7/10. all looked fine. however it's noticed that no audio on Windows 10. Windows 7 runs fine. no issue.
It's been awhile. I still couldn't identify the problem. no any yellow/question marks on Device Manager. re-installing audio driver, even re-do clean-install OS Windows 10, several times. the problem NOT fixed yet.
Audio on Windows 7 is fine. my guess, UHD630 install on W7 has suppressed the hardware. just a guess. google no finding.
Any tips?
btw, I have several HP computers (9500/9600/9700), running dual-boot W7 and W10/11. but only this has no audio issue (on HP 800 G5 DM i7-9700).
