No BSOD but restart during gaming - Kernel 41

Hello!

For about 3 weeks I'm having random restarts while gaming, first at playing The Witcher 3 (only when recording too) and while playing Far Cry 3.

The temps (in celcius) are the following:
- CPU max 69
- GPU max 91 (it's a little bit high, but I've read the card can definitely take above 95, especially the TRI-X)

I've tested my ram with memtest, and no error occured.

I have to mention my PSU is a 7 year old Antec Earthwatts 650, that could be a possible reason?

I've added a dm log collector file as an attachment.

So my question is; does anybody have a possible solution to my problem?

After closer inspection only 1 of the 3 fans of my GPU (Sapphire R9 290 tri-x 4GB OC) is working. I just contacted the retailer for RMA, but business hours are passed right now so I have to wait for an answer till tomorrow. Is there a possibility the fans don't rotate due to a lack of power of the PSU, or is the GPU the probable culprit? I can't test the GPU in an other system unfortunately. It want to exclude some possibilities because a lot of time can pass while RMA'ing the GPU I suppose.
