No BSOD just freez on win7

I have laptop Dell XPS m1530 ith win7 x64 on it which i installed about 4mts ago. Due to dell don't officially support win7 on this model(on web site they have drivers only for vista) i had to compiled all the drivers myself, sometimes from manufacturer of the each component, sometimes drivers from other laptop models from different models of dell laptops, but i did it. But now computer just randomly freezes without any blue screen, everything just freeze and only hard reset helps(keyboard doesn't work). I did tried to do everything as it said in instruction how to post BSOD but at the stage when i tried to generate report about system health, each time when i try to generate report Resource and performance monitor stops saying that "The Data Collector Set or one of its dependencies is already in use." although there is nothing like that running(only IE on which i listen to the radio). So i'm just attaching data from Dump & System File Collection app.
