As the subject above. Read it in a lot of forum and the problem still the same. any specific ways to solve this?

When did this happen?
What did you do immediately before it happened?
Have you recently opened up your PC and installed perhaps a new card or RAM modules?

Hi Mitchell.

This happen a week ago. Have been reading and trying a lot of method but don't seems to solve it. I didn't do any specific thing.

It began with the computer slow loading. I burned win 7 installation into usb and format it once. The first one format with no problem. But the computer still slow. So, I tried re-format it again and when I came to the drive to install win 7, there is no drive detected.

Ah! so this message cam up when you were trying to install Windows?
If so, Have you properly formatted the hard drive to NFTS?
Where did you get your install disc from?

Boot into BIOS setup to see if HD is detected.

If not access it to reseat the drive to see if it can be detected.

If so follow these steps to get a perfect Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7. Delete all partitions using the Drive Options at Step 7/8 of Clean Install Windows 7

If the drive won't cooperate test it with the maker's HD Diagnostic extended CD scan to see if it needs replacing.

Hi mitchell, yes..this problem came up when I try to reinstall win7.how do I format the hard drive to NFTS since the only place I can access is bios? I get the installation from my fren which he had no problem reinstalling the win7

Did your friend give you the Licence key so that you can activate the OS?
