Did you attempt to install PDFCreator in Safe Mode with Networking?

Nope... I really did not feel like encountering the same issue once more...
So I did not insist...
I don't think this is a Win7 issue but has more to do with PDF-creator.
It did change a lot lately.

And... Cutewriter is nice and does what it is supposed to

I just got done downloading PFDCreator on 3 of my computers. Installed without issue in all 3 cases. I even checked how it installed in Safe Mode with Networking. Still no issues. I'd suggest you give it a go one more time. But, try it in Safe Mode with Networking.
